This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions governing the booking of services and products offered by A Link Tour & Travels ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). Any person ("User") who accesses our website or platform to browse, inquire about, or book any product(s) or service(s) agrees to be governed by this Agreement. Before using our platform, Users shall read and understand this Agreement and shall be deemed to have accepted it as a binding document governing all dealings and transactions with us. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not access or use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. • If you are a minor (below 18 years), you shall not register or transact on our platform independently. Such use or transactions shall only be made by a person of legal contracting age (legal guardian or parent). • We reserve the right to terminate or block access to our platform if it is discovered that a User is a minor or legally incompetent to contract, or if any information provided at the time of registration is found to be false.

• All content on our platform including text, images, audio, video, logos, service marks, and trademarks is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our platform solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with booking travel services. • You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from our platform for any business, commercial, or public purpose without our prior written consent. • Unauthorised use of any content is a violation of applicable law and will be dealt with accordingly. • You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of our platform in any manner whatsoever.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us during registration and booking is true, accurate, and complete. • You agree to review all details and descriptions of services carefully before making a booking. • You agree to abide by all procedures, guidelines, and booking conditions as modified by us from time to time. • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives issued by Central Government, State Government, District Authorities, or any other statutory body. • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. • You authorise our representatives to contact you via phone, message, or email for booking-related communications. This consent supersedes any preferences set through national customer preference registers (NCPR) or similar.

A Link Tour & Travels acts as a facilitator, connecting customers with third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other suppliers (collectively "Service Providers"). • Our liability is strictly limited to the facilitation service we provide. • We bear no liability for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Service Provider. • We do not guarantee the standard, quality, fitness, or availability of services provided by Service Providers unless explicitly committed in writing. • In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of our platform.

• In addition to the cost charged by Service Providers, we reserve the right to charge convenience fees or service fees, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. • We reserve the right to alter any and all fees from time to time without prior notice. • All payments shall be made as per the instructions provided by us at the time of booking. • Prices displayed on our platform are subject to change at any time without notice and are only guaranteed upon completion of a confirmed booking with full payment received. • All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policy applicable to the specific product or service booked, as stated on the booking page or communicated in writing.

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation by us. • You are responsible for verifying all details in the booking confirmation (names, dates, destinations, number of travellers, etc.) and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies. • We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to incorrect information provided by you during the booking process.

There can be exceptional circumstances where we and/or the Service Providers may be unable to honour confirmed bookings due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to: • Acts of God (natural disasters, floods, earthquakes) • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions • Pandemics or epidemics declared by competent authorities • Labour unrest, strikes, or operational disruptions • Flight or transport cancellations by carriers • Technical failures or network outages In such Force Majeure events, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, additional expense, or inconvenience caused. Our obligation in such cases shall be limited to refunding amounts received from you, where possible, subject to amounts recoverable from the relevant Service Providers. You may need to contact the Service Provider directly for further resolution.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to: • Refuse to accept any booking without assigning any reason. • Suspend or terminate a User's access to our platform immediately if the User is in breach of this Agreement, provides false or unverifiable information, or if their actions may infringe third-party rights or applicable laws. • Cancel any booking if it is discovered that information provided by the User was incorrect, fraudulent, or misrepresented, without any prior notice and without liability to the User. • Recover any amounts owed by the User and take appropriate legal action as necessary.

Users shall not communicate with us or use our platform in a manner that is: • Abusive, threatening, offensive, defamatory, or harassing • Obscene, sexually explicit, or glorifying violence • Contrary to any applicable law or regulation • Violating third-party intellectual property rights • Spam or unsolicited commercial communication • Fraudulent, phishing, or otherwise deceptive Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and appropriate legal action.

Our employees or authorised representatives will never contact you to ask for your credit/debit card number, CVV, net banking password, OTP, or request a fund transfer to a personal bank account. They will also never ask you to install third-party remote-access applications. If you receive any such request, please do not comply and report it to us immediately. Acting on such requests may make you a victim of fraud.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A Link Tour & Travels, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: • Any breach of this Agreement by you • Any misrepresentation of information provided by you • Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights by you • Any acts or omissions by your travelling companions or guests

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

We reserve the right to change or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The revised Agreement will be posted on our platform with the updated date. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using our platform, you also consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
